All of our consultants specialise in servicing specific industry sectors and recruit across entire vertical markets. We encourage consultants to develop the ability to recruit for both permanent and contract positions and avoid unnecessary “desk splitting”.
In addition to competitive base salaries and market leading commissions, all our consultants are given laptops and blackberries, advertising and entertainment budgets, flexible work hours and lunch breaks, a fully stocked kitchen and bar area as well as a spacious and ergonomic work environment.
