Rather than working to a standard set of KPI’s, we treat each desk as being an individual business and empower consultants to manage this business as they see fit, while receiving ongoing support from an established team of consultants.  No two desks are the same and we appreciate that it is the individuals that make up our business and the relationships that they establish with their clients is what makes a ‘successful desk’ and creates value in our service.

We encourage our consultants to become experts within their field, with regards to specific markets, roles and clients. All of our consultants specialise in servicing specific industry sectors and recruit for the entire vertical market. We encourage consultants to develop the ability to recruit for both permanent and contract positions and discourage unnecessary “desk splitting”.
