Project Manager - Melbourne / CBD, (Residential Builder)

A Melbourne based residential developer with a proven reputation for build quality are looking to appoint a project manager to join their construction team.  
Their portfolio features major commercial, mixed use and high rise residential projects up to $100 million in value. 
  
Employed as a project manager you will be based on site ensuring it runs to program and budget. Part of the role will be to work in conjunction with the design, estimating and construction teams.
  
 As the ideal applicant, you will have:

• Local experience within the Melbourne market
• A tertiary qualification in Construction / Engineering
• Experience of running commercial / residential projects over $30 million in value
• Previous experience of managing large site teams
• Excellent time management
• Very good written and verbal communication
• Appropriate IT skills
