With nearly three years experience at a leading global consultancy in the UK specialising in land contamination and site remediation our candidate is visiting Australia and basing himself in Melbourne and is the holder of a sub class 417 visa. Loving it here he seeks a contract role in his chosen field and the chance to demonstrate his technical and project management skills in the hope that he may be able to secure sponsorship for a long-term stay in Melbourne.
Graduating from his bachelor of Environmental Science with honors and going on to complete his masters in Environmental Engineering he secured a vital role within a leading consultancy and worked as an integral part of Europe’s largest petrol site investigation and remediation program.
In addition to this he also worked as a site engineer on a number of major site excavation projects in accordance with company standards and regulations setout by the EPA. In this role he also ensured the effective management of air space and traffic management because of the high volume site traffic whilst undertaking regular soil sampling, data management and the effective management of contractors and the smooth supervision of a high profile site.
