Terms and Conditions - Refer a Friend

1. The candidate referred by the Referrer ("Candidate") must be successfully placed in a permanent or temporary employment position by Aspect Personnel Pty Limited. They must remain employed full time in that role for a period of 13 weeks minimum.
2. Any information provided by both the Candidate and the Referrer must not be false. If either the Candidate or the Referrer have provided any information that is false in any respect then Aspect Personnel Pty Limited is not liable to pay the Fee.
3. The Referrer and the Candidate warrant and agree that any information they have provided is true and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief. Please note that this payment should be declared in your annual income tax return. We recommend that the Referrer seek the advice of the appropriate taxation specialist.
4. Employees of Aspect Personnel and their immediate relatives (which includes, but is not limited to, spouse, de facto spouse, partner, child, parent, step-parent, step-child, grand parent, step-grand parent) are ineligible to apply.
5. If the referred candidate is previously known and registered on Aspect Personnel’s database, then Aspect Personnel Pty Limited is not liable to pay the Fee.
6. The $200 voucher must be from a local (Australian) retail store of a legitimate and legal nature.
