Salary: Up to $130k inclusive
We’re looking for a motivated and capable Civil Project Manager with land development experience to join a respected engineering consultancy in Melbourne.
In this role, you’ll bring your knowledge of civil construction and infrastructure projects to a team that values initiative, collaboration, and a great culture.
What’s needed:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in land development or civil construction - in the Australian market
- A basic understanding of civil design principles
- A related degree (Civil Engineering preferred)
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Great communication skills and a genuine team mindset
- You are engaged with the industry (events, networking, etc.)
- Enjoy working in a team - this is a super collaborative team with social event, sports and cross team initiatives
- Are passionate about what you do – inside and outside of work
