The Role
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day functions including invoicing, reconciliations, filings and managing accounts enquiries.
Responsibilities
- Accounts payables/receivables
- Bank reconciliations
- Invoicing
- Maintain digital documents and files
- Liaise with project team leaders to ensuring efficient accounts/business operations
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for business meetings
- General administration
Skills and Experience
- High level communication skills both written and verbal
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Administration (a construction/architecture environment highly regarded)
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Great communication skills and someone who is happy collaborating with many different people in the business
- Trusted employee with an understanding of how to handle sensitive/confidential information with absolute discretion
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a calm and professional manner
- Positive attitude and a 'No fuss' approach to work; happy to get stuck in and help where required!
