This role is based in the Western Suburbs and the client is looking for an immediate start.
Please note: This role is 100% office based and does NOT offer flexibility to work from home
What will you be doing?
- Supplier reconciliations
- Accounts receivable/accounts payables
- Manage monthly rent collection and arrears
- Vendor management - regular contact with tenants
- Lease administration - answering queries
- Bank gaurantees and cash receipting
- Reporting
- Administration
- Reception relief cover
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations
- Finance, Accounting, Administration (or similar) tertiary education (Diploma, Certificate, Degree) is required
- Real Estate/Property industry experience desired but not essential
- MS Office skills - strong Excel skills
- Professional presentation
