Multidisciplinary Engineering consultancy with a busy workload requires some immediate temporary administrative support.
Based in their Geelong office, this is a part time role with flexibility - either Mon/Wed/Fri OR 8am-12pm every day. Expected hours 20-24 per week.
Typical tasks
- Manage phonecalls and take appropriate detailed messages
- Order office consumables, stationary etc
- Support smooth running of the office
- Audit processes and required HSE documents
- Using various systems
About you
- Polite, professional communicator at all times
- Competent user of MS Office suite
- Able to pick up new systems quickly
- Can take direction and then work autonomously to get the task completed to deadline
- Can travel to Geelong location and work in the office
