The role:
There is an immediate need for additional office support, on a temporary basis. Reporting into the Office Manager, you will be required to assist with a number of administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Duties:
- Manage phone calls
- Organise couriers
- Order catering
- Produce documents and presentations
- Formatting various documents
- Maintain filing system
- Support permit process
- Assist onboarding activities for new starters
- Order office consumables
- Prior office support experience in a corporate environment
- Positive helpful manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Calm under pressure
- Can multitask
- Intermediate-advanced MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
