Key Responsibilities:
- Develop CAD Standards: Work alongside the BIM Manager to establish and refine CAD standards for our projects.
- Revit Modelling & Documentation: Assist in creating Revit models, detailing, and documentation for various projects.
- Detailing Guidance: Support team members in understanding and applying the correct detailing methods for projects.
- Revit Families & Standards: Source, create, and maintain Revit families, standards, and details for project use.
- Technology Integration: Explore and recommend new technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce documentation errors.
- Documentation Management: Oversee project documentation and coordinate with consultants to ensure accuracy and alignment.
- Project Review: Seek feedback on project outcomes from senior engineers and design managers to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Adherence to Guidelines: Follow company guidelines for task management to ensure high standards in service delivery.
- Quality Management: Ensure compliance with the quality management system in all aspects of project work.
- Budget Monitoring: Monitor project efficiency and performance against the budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Proven experience in Revit modeling, detailing, and project documentation.
- Strong knowledge of CAD standards and Revit families.
- Familiarity with new technologies and their application in project workflows.
