This company has evolved over the last 5 years into a respected and professional contractor, with over 200 staff within the business.
Due to the ongoing growth of the business, and most recently successful tender wins, the business is looking on expanding their team even further!
Role:
Reporting to the Directors you will be responsible for:
- Manage the delivery of Construction Projects
- Construction methodology and programming
- Resource allocation on projects
- Management of all project team - mentoring, upskilling & developing
- Present monthly project and cost reporting to clients and the directors
- Assist with bid management and provide expert advice on program and methodology
- Mentoring of Project Managers - regular leadership training and advice
- Design Management
- Quality Management and OH&S
The successful candidate will have the following
- A tertiary qualification in Construction / Engineering
- Experience of running commercial projects from $50m - $100million
- Demonstrated Construction Manager experience
- Experience in managing successful project teams
- Positive, hard working attitude with willingness to lead from the front
