The Role
Working 50/50 across site and office, you will be working on one of 3 newly awarded projects including a $36M mixed use apartment project, a $50M apartment & townhouse development or a $20M luxury apartment project in the South East.
You will be expected to ensure the construction of the project is inline with agreed quality, cost and time frames. Your main areas of accountability are:
- Cost Management
- Procurement of trades
- Site Coordination
- Ensuring Quality & requirements are met vs Head contract
I am looking to speak with experienced Project Coordinators and Contract Administrators who have the following experience:
- Worked on Commercial Multi-level apartment projects $10M+ in value
- Procured trades from start to finish on at least one project
- Tertiary Qualification in Building or Construction related field
- Experience using CHEOPS
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
