An established, National Tier 3 builder best known for delivering Aged Care, Education, Commercial and Government projects upto $30M in value.

THE ROLE
An experienced CA is required for 5 week contract to assist the project team on a $10M Newbuild / Refurbishment Hospital project (contract type: lump sum).
You will predominantly be responsible for letting trade packages out of the CBD Fringe, head office.
This is an immediate start with a permanent role available upon completion of initial contract.
REQUIREMENTS
I am looking to speak with experienced Contract Administrators who can demonstrate the following:
- Worked on commercial projects (from start to finish) $10M+ in value
- Strong understanding of Fixed Lump Sum Contracts
- Good written and verbal Communication skills
- Tertiary Qualification in a Construction related field
- IT Savvy
