An established, full service concrete structure company specialising in commercial, residential and civil construction projects.
A raft of Tier 1 & 2 clients who provide repeat business, combined with successful tendering has led to larger projects and the need for an ambitious individual looking to progress their career in Project Management.
You will gain exposure to large scale construction projects whilst being supported by hands on Directors and experienced Project Managers
ROLE:
- Manage all contracts
- Attend and run clients meetings
- Drawings management
- Procurement of trades and services
- Contract administration tasks (Variations, Progress claims etc)
- Program writing and managing weekly programs
- Assist with client RFI’s
- Design Management of Post Tension packages
I am looking to speak with applicants who can demonstrate the following:
- 5 years' + experience working with concrete structures
- Contract Administrator experience working in a similar company
- Civil Engineering or Construction related degree
- Excellent communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Able to commute to bayside location
