An established mid tier, full service concrete structure company specialising in commercial, residential and civil construction projects. A raft of Tier 1 & 2 clients who provide repeat business, combined with successful tendering has led to larger projects and the need for an established CA to deliver projects for Tier 1 & 2 commercial builders.
Role
We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to support the Directors and Project Managers in all areas of contract administration.
You will be the lead CA for the business, managing all contractual issues with support from Project Coordinators and Site Engineers.
Typically you will be managing full structure packages for Tier 1 and 2 projects with structure values upto $20M.
Requirements
I am looking to speak with experienced Structures professionals who have held Project Management or contract administration roles for either head contractor or structures subcontractor who can demonstrate:
- 5+ years of managing Structures packages & teams on multi-level structure programmes
- Relevant qualification; Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or similar
- Experience managing teams of 15+
- Ability to work with multiple softwares; Hammertech, Bluebeam, Aconex, Cheops etc
