A National Fitout and Refurbishment contractor that deliver projects predominately across the Retail, Office, Hospitality and Health sectors up to $5M.
Since opening their doors over 20 years ago, this company has gone from strength to strength and now employs up to over 150 personnel throughout Australia and are looking to expand.
Role
This company is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to jump onboard with the team and the role will include responsibilities such as:
- Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package
- Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments
- Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company
- Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors
- Manage the procurement for whole construction lifestyle
Requirements
- Experience as either a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator delivering projects for a head contractor in the Fitout/Refurbishment sector
- Retail/Hospitality experience heavily favorable
- Team first and self driven attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Unlimited Australian working rights
