Role

The relevant position is a 4-week contract Defects Supervisor role that involves identifying, assessing and closing off defects on a $60M High-End Apartment project in Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, assessing and closing out defects
• Managing contractors to rectify defects
• Reporting and submitting defects via relevant software
• Enforce and maintain OH&S measures and procedures

Requirements

• Experience closing out defects on High-End Residential/Apartment projects in the Commercial space for a head contractor
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate availability or on short-notice
