Role

The relevant role is a Defects Supervisor position for a 4-6 week contract on a $90M High-End Apartment project in South Yarra. 
  
Responsibilities will include:

• Identify, assess and resolve defects
• Manage subcontractors to address and rectify defects
• Report and document defects using Aconex
• Enforce and uphold OH&S measures and procedures

Requirements

• Proven project experience closing out defects on High-End Apartment projects for Tier 1 or 2 Commercial Head Contractor
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available or ability to start on short notice
