The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager and working collaboratively with the engineering and operations teams you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement document management methodology, ensuring procedures are clearly defined and consistently followed.
- Guide and support the team on our document system, maintaining precise version control to keep everything organized and up-to-date.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of project documents, from filing and storage to archival, ensuring seamless document flow between our team and Clients/Contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all submission requirements, performing detailed checks on outgoing documents to verify quality, style, logos, and formatting.
- Maintain accurate records of all documentation transactions
- Collate and organize feedback from design reviews, ensuring design documents and drawings are properly controlled and updated.
- Manage critical project registers, including the Document Register, keeping all information readily accessible and up-to-date.
