Commercial Sub Contractor with expertise across the Western Suburbs are seeking an Estimator to win more work and bring on new clients to the business.
This business has a long standing relationship with their contractors and have a number of repeat works, with over 20 live projects.
Role:
The Estimator will collect project details, calculate costs, and ensure profitable and satisfying outcomes for both the company and clients. Responsibilities include managing tender requests, site visits, and maintaining project records.
The role also involves sending quotes, following up promptly, handling contracts, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Additionally, the Estimator provides regular reports to the Operations Manager and maintains communication with clients.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant Degree in Building Construction/ Management
- Proven experience in an Estimator role
