Role
The relevant role is a 3-month contract opportunity for suitable Estimators to work on a tender opportunity or a National Tier 2 Builder based out of their office in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Prepare and submit tender proposals for future projects
- Tracking and reporting costs to ensure the project remains financially feasible
- Conducting reports to understand resource allocation and allocate those resources accordingly
- Identifying potential risks and combatting those risks
- Maintain and ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate
- Proven Estimator experience in the Tier 1-3 space for a Commercial Head Contractor
- Proven experience successfully submitting and winning tenders on large scale Commercial projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate availability or on short notice
