Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Director, you will help provide daily administrative support and occasionally offer ad-hoc admin assistant to the wider team.
- Screening and triage of incoming correspondence, respond and action appropriately
- Complex diary and meeting management
- Email management
- Travel coordination
- Attend meetings and minute-taking
- Preparation of spreadsheet reports, contract documents, presentations, and correspondence
- Data management and maintenance
- Maintain confidence and confidentiality at all times
