Our well known property client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support them on a temporary basis. There is a possibility for the role to be extended.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Assist with employee queries
- Maintaining office stock
- Supporting contractors on site
- Coordinating maintenance
- Preparing monthly reports
- Site inspections
- Preparing PPE packs
- Organising shipments
- Previous experience in Facilities is highly regarded
- Good MS Office skills - evaluated by Aspect
- Professional presentation
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
