Our well-known client are seeking a Facilities Coordinator, based in Southbank.
This role commences on Monday 15th August for a 2-3 month contract. This is a full-time position.
What will you be responsible for?
You will be responsible for facilities coordination and administration.
- Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for the building
- Maintain security and access procedures
- Organise stationary and supplies for the office
- Billing and finance responsibilities internally and with suppliers
- Invoicing
- Provide exceptional customer service
To be considered for this role, you will have/be:
- Prior Facilities Experience essential
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- MS Office
- Professional presentation
