Our client is seeking a talented FF&E Designer to bring hotel projects to life through expert selection and specification of Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, with proficiency in Revit as a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FF&E design for high-profile hotel projects, ensuring alignment with architectural vision.
- Source and specify furniture, fixtures, fabrics, and finishes that meet project requirements.
- Work closely with the interior design and architecture teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Create detailed FF&E schedules, presentations, and mood boards to communicate design concepts to clients.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and supplier relationships for smooth procurement and delivery.
- Ensure Revit models are fully integrated with FF&E designs.
- Minimum of 5 years of FF&E design experience, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of hotel interiors and luxury design trends.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
