Highly regarded National Tier 2 builder that deliver Commercial projects across the Apartment, Retail, Office and Industrial sectors up to $350M.
Role
The relevant position is a 4-6 week contract as a Finishes Foreman delivering a $90M High-End Apartment project in South Yarra effective immediately.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing finishing trades
- Quality assurance
- Enforcing and maintaining OH&S measures and procedures
- Resolving any disputes that may arise on site
- Reporting directly to Senior Site Manager
Requirements
- Experience in the Tier 1 or 2 space for a Commercial builder delivering a High-End Apartment project
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Hammertech and Aconex software experience
- Immediate availability or on short notice
