A T1 civil construction company is known for their impressive portfolio of civil projects in Victoria and Australia, is looking for a Safety Advisor to join the team. Working on one of the most iconic projects Victoria has seen, you will join a company with excellent systems and a strong pipeline of works to come.
The Role
As a Safety Advisor, you will be required to implement and monitor Health and Safety on site, you will improve the action plans and ensure audits are conducted on site.
In this role, you will only be required to work night shift if cover is needed for the night shift team.
The role will require you to provide support and advice on the Rail safety practices, identify workplace hazards, and lead the development and implementation of the prevention programs. You will also maintain all records of all Rail safety requirements at the work site and minimise risks associated at the site.
About You
- Large scale Civil Infrastructure experience
- Rail + Tunnel experience (Highly valued but not essential)
- Relevant HSE qualification (Minimum Cert IV)
- ICAM experience
- Ability to effectively communicate with site team
