The role
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the firm’s marketing strategy, ensuring that the brand remains at the forefront of the industry. You will work closely with the Directors, translating the practice’s vision into compelling marketing initiatives that drive engagement and attract new business.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of an overarching marketing and communications strategy
- Undertake and assess market research.
- Ensure marketing activities and communications are data driven and strategically align with the overall goals and business direction of the practice.
- Develop the annual marketing plan and budget, detailing the strategy to be used.
- Regularly communicate strategic business goals and plans to the leadership team.
- Regularly update the CEO and Directors on marketing and communications performance.
- Experience in the Architecture industry preferred
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing teams and driving business improvements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with shareholders and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Working knowledge of the Architectural Services Industry and associated sectors.
- A solid understanding of strategy, marketing, and business management principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
