This well-established mid-sized engineering consultancy provides building engineering solutions for various project sectors. Based in inner city and close to tram links, this is a well established business with a good reputation. They are in need of a proactive administrator who is ready to step up into an Office Manager role, and autonomously manage day to day operations and be the main point of contact for staff.
The role:
- Oversee operation of office building and car park
- Maintain contracts database and insurances
- Maintain project information
- Manage timesheets and leave process
- Building management point of contact
- Oversee small administration team and workload
- Support staff onboarding, inductions and HR processes
- Prepare various reports for Directors
- Support accounts with data entry and aged debtors when required
- General office support duties
