The role:
This is a broad role so will suit someone who is flexible in their approach and can adapt to the needs of the business. Reporting into the Office Manager, you will be part of a strong business support team, who are friendly, professional and collaborative.
Key responsibilities:
- Ordering and management of IT assets, coordination of new starter IT set-up, liaising with external service provider, basic trouble shooting for staff
- Document production, presentations, reports, charts and project summaries
- Administrative support to managers
- Office coordination, event support etc
- Back up Reception to cover breaks
