ROLE:
The role of a Project Coordinator will entail the following:
- Coordinate Projects: Assist with planning and aligning project aspects.
- Manage Documentation: Keep records of contracts, change orders, and reports.
- Develop Schedules: Help create and track project timelines.
- Facilitate Communication: Serve as a liaison between stakeholders.
- Track Budgets: Monitor expenses and assist with financial reporting.
- Procure Materials: Assist with purchasing and ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee Site Activities: Coordinate on-site tasks and logistics.
- Ensure Quality: Monitor work to meet project standards.
- Resolve Issues: Address and resolve project delays and problems.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare Reports - Distribute progress updates and reports
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Coordinator/ Project Engineer in the Commercial construction industry
- Experience managing commercial projects up to $10m
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- A hardworking, positive attitude to building
- Excellent customer service/client management
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
