Requirements:

• Experience: Previous design experience in Civil Engineering (12D and AutoCAD), particularly in Residential Land Subdivisions.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and ensure project success.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
