Aspect is working with a high-end, residential builder with a great reputation in the industry and known for their quality driven work.
The company delivers high end one off custom build developments up to $5M in value. Projects will be based in Melbourne’s East, South-East and Bayside Suburbs.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the client relationship and project delivery from Sales Accept (EDA) through to construction commencement with direct responsibility for time, cost, quality, and excellent client service.
This role requires a high attention to detail with strong emphasis on client management.
Requirements
- This role suits a CA/PC or Jnr PM with residential experience.
- 2-4 years relevant experience working on residential projects.
- Relevant construction qualification
- Great communication & multi-tasking skills
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
