Be part of the administration team, reporting into the office manager. Take responsibility for all front of house activities, demonstrate initiative and problem solve.
Duties will include:
- Reception - answer calls and take appropriate messages
- Meet and greet clients and visitors to the office
- Manage couriers and suppliers
- Produce, format and collate documents
- Print and bind documents and reports
- General upkeep of the office
- Sort mail and distribute
You will ideally have worked within a reception position in a corporate environment or worked in 5 star hospitality.
You will have good MS Office skills, and pick up new systems and processes with ease.
You will bring with you a professional and positive approach to work, and a team-player mentality. This position requires you to be proactive and use your initiative to problem solve.
