The role
This is a temporary contract starting immediately.

Responsibilities include; 

• Welcome visitors 
• Answer all incoming phone calls 
• Book and setup meeting rooms 
• Ensure the Reception area is kept neat and tidy 
• Collect and sort mail 
• Book couriers 
• Order office supplies
• Organise catering 
• Ad hoc duties 

You will have

• Previous front of house experience is a must
• Friendly manner and a positive attitude 
• Professional presentation
• Good MS Office skills - evaluated by Aspect
