The role
This is a temporary contract starting immediately.
Responsibilities include;
- Welcome visitors
- Answer all incoming phone calls
- Book and setup meeting rooms
- Ensure the Reception area is kept neat and tidy
- Collect and sort mail
- Book couriers
- Order office supplies
- Organise catering
- Ad hoc duties
- Previous front of house experience is a must
- Friendly manner and a positive attitude
- Professional presentation
- Good MS Office skills - evaluated by Aspect
