Are you a passionate Senior Architect looking to make an impact on a diverse range of projects? We’re seeking a talented individual on behalf of our client to lead and collaborate on multi-residential and commercial developments, driving exceptional outcomes and innovative design solutions.
About the Role
As a registered Architect, you bring a wealth of design and documentation expertise, along with a deep understanding of the technical intricacies involved in delivering high-quality multi-residential and commercial projects. You thrive in both big-picture thinking and hands-on problem solving, working collaboratively within a team to create innovative, functional designs.
In this senior position, you will:
- Lead project teams and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Manage project resources, financials, and timelines, ensuring seamless communication with consultants and stakeholders.
- Oversee a small team while managing client relationships and contributing to the overall success of your projects.
Your ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and graphically, combined with your experience in managing multiple projects at various stages, will be key in driving success. Most importantly, you have a passion for design, a collaborative spirit, and the desire to lead through all project phases.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Strong design and presentation skills, demonstrated through Feasibility, Sketch Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation.
- Ability to confidently manage multiple projects, teams, client deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
- Proficient in preparing documentation, leading tender processes, overseeing on-site construction, and guiding team members.
- Extensive experience across residential and commercial projects, from concept to completion.
- Proven skills in consultant coordination and client management.
- Advanced technical knowledge in construction and regulations.
- Proficiency in REVIT is essential; experience in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Degree-qualified in Architecture.
