You will joining a large national and international renowned design studio, with over 180 employees, as part of their growing Melbourne office, which currently has 10 staff members, providing a unique opportunity to join a successful brand within an intimate setting and being able to play a key role within the practice and its future growth.
The company as a whole, covers a wide range of project typologies across the Commercial, Community and Civic, Defence, Educational and Research, Healthcare, Heritage, Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Senior Living, Sports and Leisure, Transport and Infrastructure, Urban Design, Master planning, Workplace and Interior Design sectors.
The Melbourne office itself, focuses predominantly within the Healthcare and Defence sectors, however there is active collaboration with the other offices, so there may be the opportunity at times to work across other project sectors.

Your New Role:
You will be joining the team as a n Architect where you will initially join the team working on a large and high value healthcare project, however the expectation is that you will take a lead role on projects following that.
Within this role, your predominant focus will be within the healthcare sector where your involvement will be from initial concept through to completion and will require strong Design, Documentation, Detailing, Space Planning, Presentation and coordination skills with the ability to meet regular deadlines and budgets.
This is a complete Revit architectural practice and the majority of you work will be don using Revit.
Job Requirements:
You will need to be a Registered Architect with over 6-7 years post-graduate (Masters) experience and strong experience within the healthcare sector.
Alongside this you also need to have:
- Experience working across all project stages
- Experience leading projects and team management
- Full Revit proficiency
- A strong knowledge of the Victoria Building Codes
