- Degree/Diploma in: Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture required
- Previous experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Smartsheet and InDesign to produce drawings, mood boards, presentation material
- Ability to work to timelines and with large budgets
- Experience working overseas and understanding local regulations (experience working with the US, Asia, Middle East, and European market are both beneficial)
- Experience working on all stages of projects from concept to completion on site - specifically FF&E sections
- Knowledge of fabric and furniture suppliers essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Smartsheet and InDesign to produce drawings, mood boards, presentation material
- Experience working overseas and understanding local regulations beneficial (experience working with the US, Asia, Middle East, and European market)
The Senior FF&E & Concept Interior Designer will be responsible for the following duties:
- Preparation and development of Concept Design, Construction Documentation & Detailing, Schedules & Specifications
- Develop detailed FFE specifications and execute the FF&E direction for overall project
- Leading design meetings and managing fee proposals and budgeting
- Reviewing bespoke furniture technical drawings
- Interpreting client needs and completing detailed design concepts and contract documents
- Attend site meetings and assist in the process of reviewing the project
