ROLE

Reporting to the Estimating Manager & working closely with Project Teams and Director you will be responsible for the preparation of budgets for construction projects, cost estimates and plans, audit projects, manage construction costs and administer construction contracts for all levels and types of construction.

Typically you will be tendering on commercial apartments, Hotels and social housing projects upto $55M in value. 

ABOUT YOU

This role will suit an established Estimator with substantial head contractor experience delivering tenders for apartment and commercial projects.
