T3 business with a strong pipeline of projects in Regional Victoria well resourced projects and well structured team.
This business is a 5 day work week, with currently 17 live projects all over Victoria. You will be joining a business that has strong ties with Government projects and ensuring repeat work.
ROLE:
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be required manage all daily site duties and monitor the health and safety of all team members.
As the Site Manager, you will be required to:
- Manage quality of all projects remains at an exceptional level
- Managing programme and sub contractors
- Ensure Health & Safety of Site maintains at a high level
- Manage stakeholders all stakeholders involved in project
The successful candidate will have:
- Demonstrated experience Managing commercial projects from $10M+
- Demonstrated experience in Site Management on New Build Health & Education Projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent client relationship
- Unlimited Australian working rights
