- 1 hour 20-minute drive from CBD.
- 1-2 days in the office
- 3-month contract
- Hourly rates $60 - $65 p/h plus super
- Laptop provided
- Reason for role, Internal staff moving into different roles
- Manage a caseload of planning permit applications
- Must be confident answering phone queries, counter queries, property information requests, amendments and planning permit applications.
- Start date in 3 weeks
- Potential opportunity to go permanent
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- A degree in Town Planning, or relevant qualifications/experience
- A solid understanding of the Victorian Planning Schemes, Planning Legislation and state, regional and local planning strategies
- Ability to work well on files independently.
- Exceptional report writing skills
- Attention to detail
- A can do attitude
