This established national construction company with a proven reputation for build quality are looking to appoint a services manager to join their Melbourne based construction team.
ROLE
The successful candidate must have experience of working on fit out & refurb projects up to $25m in value with a top tier construction company.
Employed as a Services Manager you will be split between site and the office ensuring all jobs run to program and budget. You will also be expected to teach and educate site managers on processes and procedures in the services space.
As the ideal applicant, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Construction / Engineering
- Experience of working on Commercial Fit Out & Refurb projects up to $25m
- Excellent time management
- Very good written and verbal communication
- Appropriate IT skills
