An experienced Non-EBA Commercial builder who specialise in New Build projects within the Apartment, Shopping Center, Aged and Child Care sectors up to $35m.
Role
This contract role, with the potential of transitioning into a permanent position, involves delivering a $35m Shopping Center project in the North-Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
This project is expected to commence in mid September and is projected to span over a period of 18-months.
Requirements
- Site Manager experience delivering Shopping Center projects in excess of $10m
- Excellent communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
