Role
Their is an immediate need for a Site Manager on a 3-month contract to deliver a $5m industrial project in Lara, Victoria.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be required to manage the daily operations and overall safety of the site.
Additional requirements include:
- Manage and enforce a high quality of work
- Managing subcontractors
- Enforce and maintain Occupational Health & Safety practises
- Asses variations and progress payments
Requirements
- Demonstrated Site Management experience for a head contractor delivering new build projects
- Industrial project experience favourable
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Unlimited Australian working rights
- Immediate availability or on short notice
