The role:
As a Studio Assistant, you will report into the Studio Manager. Based at the large and spacious front desk, you will work alongside another office administrator/receptionist and share duties.
This is a fast-paced role and you will be involved in ensuring the studio is operating efficiently. The successful individual must be highly organized at all times, and able to multitask and prioritise, in order to meet the demands of a constantly changing and pressurised environment.
Main duties will involve:
- First point of contact for staff, consultants and clients
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Maintain kitchen and stocking supplies
- Order office supplies and stationary
- Event coordination and liaise with caterers
- Mail/Courier control
- Calendar management
- Manage and respond to emails
- Facilities management
- Preparing correspondence and bind documents.
- Ad-hoc admin duties as required
- Solid administration experience in a similar environment
- Advanced MS Office
- Adobe Indesign is an asset
- Organised
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication
