Large multidisciplinary Engineering consultancy with a busy workload requires some immediate temporary reception and administration support.
Based in their North Sydney office, this is a temporary role through to approx October with full time hours.
Typical tasks
- Manage phonecalls and take appropriate detailed messages
- Order office consumables, stationary etc
- Support smooth running of the office
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain cleanliness
- Manage mail, couriers and registers
About you
- Polite, professional communicator at all times
- Experience in a front of house role, with excellent customer service skills
- Competent user of MS Office suite
- Able to pick up new systems quickly
- Can take direction and then work autonomously
