Southeast Melbourne | Hybrid Role (4 days office / 1 from home, soon to be 3/2)

We’re looking for an Associate or Principal Building Services Engineer to join a collaborative team of 8–10 professionals delivering high-quality engineering solutions across commercial, education, health, residential, government, and industrial projects.
This role will suit someone who’s not only technically strong and registered to sign off on work , but also enjoys mentoring others, shaping business direction, and building meaningful client relationships.

- Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Registered Engineer (RPEQ / CPEng / Victoria Registration) able to sign off on work.
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end within building services consulting.
- Confident communicating with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Motivated by growth, mentorship, and helping shape a boutique consultancy’s future.
