About PACE

The PACE Survey is a not-for-profit, comprehensive study of businesses operating within Victoria’s planning, architecture, construction, engineering, surveying and project management industries. At the start of each year, hundreds of contributing firms across the state anonymously complete the survey, providing company-specific data on employee salaries, market conditions and HR practices.

Proudly not-for-profit

Making PACE not-for-profit is our way of collaborating with business, and satisfying our core value of taking responsibility for our community. Since 2012, we’ve raised over $100,000 for various charities and, this year, every dollar contributed goes to Youth Projects to support disadvantaged young people into meaningful employment and creating life changing opportunities.
