We are looking for motivated and experienced professionals to fill positions across multiple departments. Successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our council services for the community.
Available Roles:
- Customer Service Officers: Deliver customer service from any frontline touchpoint of the contact center to deliver a positive customer experience
- City Facility Activation Officers: Preparation and execution of license agreements, facility inspections and inductions and general administrative tasks
- Local Law Officers: Carry out general and public safety patrols, and permit/registration checks throughout the municipality to identify possible breaches of legislation and to educate the community.
- Administration Support: Provide vital administrative assistance across various departments, including data entry, correspondence, scheduling, and general office duties.
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a Local Council or Government setting.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, with experience in Pathway and/or Docusign being highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong commitment to customer service and ethical practice.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience within a professional office environment
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to take initiative & prioritise
- Good MS Office skills - evaluated by Aspect
- Drivers License may be required for particular roles
